I’m Cornelia, the chef founder and creative spirit behind AZAN & my personal Brand Chez Cornelia.
For me, food has never been simply about eating. It’s about emotion, connection, discovery, and the memories we create around a table.
I bring together my passion for cooking with my love for cultures , places. I’m inspired by ingredients, traditions, unexpected combinations, and the stories that make every dish meaningful.
I believe the best food experiences are the ones that make you feel something whether it’s discovering a new flavour, sharing a table with others, or experiencing a moment you’ll remember long after the last bite.
It’s my way of sharing that passion with you.
